Monuments Santander

Santander has one great monument - the old cathedral from the 8th century. <//span>
Its plan is with three naves and four sections. The sanctuary has three polygonal chapels. As for the dome, it has ogives on columns of cruciform pillars. Its cloister is square, with a series of pointed arches. It is not decorated. Inside, you can find the tomb of Menéndez Pelayo, the work of Victorio Macho.
